We value our relationship with God: We believe God (the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) made us in his image, and through our faith in Jesus Christ, has given us the opportunity to have a personal relationship with Him. (Eph.1:3-10, John 3:16-17, Acts 1:4-5)

We value the Word of God: In these changing times we believe the Word of God remains the one constant thing that is practical, applicable, timeless and true.

We value Prayer: The growth and strength of our individual spiritual lives are dependent upon the time, energy and priority we place upon prayer. (1 Tim. 2:1; Luke 22:32; Is. 62: 6-7, Eph. 6:18)

We value the ministry of believers: It is our firm belief that Christ calls all believers to His church to minister His love to others. (Eph. 4:11-13; 1 Peter 5:2-4)

We value sharing the message of Jesus: The mission of the church is to share the message of Jesus Christ with the world and those around us, giving others the same opportunity to experience the awesome love Christ has for us. (Matt. 28: 18-20)

We value Christian Community: We strongly believe that God made us all valuable to each other, and that we all grow and become who we are meant to be by Christ through our relationships with others. (Acts 2:42-47)

We value the sovereignty of God: The Pier Church recognizes, believes in, and is submissive to the sovereignty of God. This community of believers strives to stand aside and allow God to do a mighty work in Brockville and area. We will be God driven and our activities and worship will reflect this.
